I had Aila on my radio show and what a delightful time we had discussing her book. It is comprehensive, easy to understand, quick to read and the results are instantaneous. You can't get a better book that tells you how to reduce stress quickly, why each tip works and provides a plan of action as well as declarations to 'prevent' stress from even starting. It's a great book with a lot of information in a short reading period. Thank you Aila for the gift you have brought to all of us!

Like most things good (good advice, good medicine, etc.), I tend to reach for this book when the journey becomes a bit bumpy. No matter -- the straight-forward approach of this book allows easy implementation for IMMEDIATE results. I highly recommend this book (if you cannot see the author at a workshop or seminar).

This is one of the least expensive of all methods of reducing stress that I have seen.
AND IT WORKS!!!
It isn't a huge boring book either.
You can read it in usually under and hour and it is
packed with common sense information.
I strongly suggest that, if you have stress,
get this book, read it and apply its message.
