Customer Reviews: Good Theorys-Basic Herbal Intro August 8, 2002 1 out of 1 found this review helpful Herbal Guide is very basic and gives some insight on holistic theology as well as the uses of herbs. However, It would not be useful for those looking to dive into self-perscribed tinctures or elixers in my opinion. I do like the perspective Mr. Hoffman has on anxiety, its causes as well as what us as humans should relate our stress points to. A spiritual guide as well, its a fun read and touches on many of the basic philosophys and elements of holistic healing. Worth the read!
