Gimpy no more! February 8, 2010 L. Horn Having recently survived a second knee surgery and feeling older than dirt, just the warm-up exercises indicated in the book made me feel more energetic and positive about actually someday being a spry 80-year-old. Instead of ending up like my mother and grandmother - nearly debilitated.
dissapointed February 1, 2010 Kenneth T. Hall (Centreville, VA United States) Tell her where your neck or back hurts and Peggy will tell you to relax and reduce your stress. Not as all inclusive as the title and cover imply. Not worth your time and money unless your pain is the result of repeitive stress in a non- ergonomical workplace.
Instant Relief: Tell Me Where it Hurts and I'll tell you what to do January 24, 2010 Grandma H (Salem, OR) Book is great guide to exercises to easy pain from use of body to make activities easier to do without pain. The book is small so can be taken with you as well. The author has done well to make the exercises easy to do and uses ordinary objects to do the exercises on or with and explainations and pictures help make sure I am doing them correctly.
worth it January 17, 2010 C. Pompilio (Ohio) As a licensed massage therapist, I have bought numerous copies of Peggy Brill's book to give to clients. The feedback I receive is 100% positive. The exercises are easy, applicable whether one is at home or at work, and the directions are simply stated. Definitely worth looking into and trying.
Don't Buy December 29, 2009 Kasmar (VA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
People who are looking for back pain relief have already been to a doctor, or searched the internet for exercises for relief. So, why buy a book that repeats this??!!
